Again, received the Black Screen when trying to view History. I tried Chrome Version 1.199 (Official Build) (64-bit). Still received the Black screen when viewing History. Customer service advised me that I try a different browser. ![]() Shortly after the newer version was installed, I was able to view History video clips, once or twice before getting the black screen. ![]() As I was recording the version number, I noticed that Edge was updating to Version 1.86 (Official build) (64-bit). I’ve been using Edge for quite a while and was advised to report the Version. I contacted customer service today, Jto try to solve the problem.
